Kevin Brooks

I find it rewarding to help my clients solve complex problems and add value to their decision-making processes.

Kevin is responsible for the management and execution of valuations and transaction opinions.  Kevin provides services to investment funds, public and privately held companies, boards and special committees.

Kevin is regularly involved in valuations of illiquid debt and equity securities, fairness and solvency opinions and valuations of complex financial instruments.  He has also consulted buyers and sellers in numerous valuation-related shareholder disputes and has been involved with the quantification of economic damages in a variety of commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining Lincoln in 2021, Kevin was a Vice President at BVA Group, where he worked for almost eight years.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin, where he graduated with high honors. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation awarded by the CFA Institute and is a member of the CFA Society of Dallas/Fort Worth.
