Johanna advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing, more specifically growth- or early-stage funding, to help achieve their strategic goals and ambitions. She specialises in working with companies in the technology and business services sectors in the U.K. and the Nordic region, with a particular focus on retail technology and e-commerce.

Johanna has nearly ten years of wide-ranging experience in investment banking and corporate finance, having advised on buy- and sell-side M&A, initial public offerings, equity raises, debt offerings and complex equity-linked financing solutions.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Johanna worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs for seven years. Based in their London office, she advised clients in the industrial, technology and telecommunications sectors in the Nordic region and internationally.

Johanna holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Stockholm School of Economics.
