IK Partners has agreed to acquire Truesec from Sobro

Truesec is a leading, independent provider of cybersecurity services in the Nordics. The company provides an end-to-end offering based on a combination of consultancy and managed services, covering the entire cybersecurity value chain from prediction, protection, detection and response to recovery.

Since its foundation in 2005, Truesec has achieved above-market organic growth, been able to recruit and retain top-level cybersecurity experts and attract a large and diverse customer base of mainly enterprise clients across a broad spread of industries. IK Partners’ investment will support Truesec in the next phase of its growth journey, with continued expansion across the Nordic region and internationally.

Advising IK Partners, Lincoln provided sector and valuation insights, introductions to industrial advisors and crucial tactical support. The core deal team was comprised of sector experts across Sweden, the U.K. and the U.S.
