The Deal

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive sell-side financial advisor to ITpipes and its shareholders on the strategic growth investment from Luminate Capital Partners. Leveraging its deep expertise in the government technology and critical infrastructure software sectors, extensive transaction experience and unique perspectives on the leading strategic and financial buyers, Lincoln executed a targeted, efficient process that generated significant interest in ITpipes, ultimately resulting in a strategic growth partnership with Luminate. The investment will support ITpipes’ continued product and AI development as the company builds on its position as a trusted provider of pipe inspection software and AI coding solutions for utilities, municipalities and contractors across North America.
