The Deal

Lincoln International served as financial advisor to LLR Partners on its strategic investment in EnergyCAP, a leading utility and energy management platform. The investment will support EnergyCAP’s product roadmap and market expansion as organizations confront rising utility costs and changing energy needs. Existing investor Resurgens Technology Partners will remain an active investor alongside LLR.
