Mitesh provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services in Lincoln’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group, with a focus on software, digital media and technology services.

Mitesh has a deep understanding of the dynamics driving activity in the TMT market. He works closely with clients to learn about their unique objectives, enabling him to offer advice that is tailored to their goals and best position them to prospective partners.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Mitesh was an Associate at Stout where he advised companies across the industrials, consumer, TMT and healthcare industries. Previously, he was an Analyst at Allstate Private Equity.

Mitesh earned a Bachelor of Science in both finance and marketing from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
