Jaime focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory in the industrials industry. He has more than a decade of M&A experience advising corporations, private equity funds and family-owned companies on sell-side, buy-side, domestic and cross-border transactions.

Jaime enjoys being a trusted advisor to long-standing clients providing truly independent advice with a global perspective, thus helping his clients to achieve their M&A goals.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Jaime was a Director at DC Advisory focused on providing M&A and debt advisory services across a range of sectors. He began his M&A career at Deloitte Corporate Finance and BNP Paribas.

Jaime earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from ESADE Business and Law School. He also studied at the University of Texas.
