Inspirit Capital has sold ModuSpec, a division of Vysus Group, to ModuResources

ModuSpec

ModuSpec is the leading provider of independent drilling rig integrity compliance and verification services. It covers the full well lifecycle and supports rig owners and operators to reduce downtime, improve safety and optimize performance while adhering to the strict industry compliance regulations. ModuSpec serves its global customer base out of its offices in Aberdeen, the UK and Houston, Texas, and a team of highly experienced and qualified staff.

The Deal

Lincoln International served as the exclusive corporate finance adviser to Inspirit Capital and Vysus Group on the carve-out of ModuSpec. This is the 4th successful divestment from the group allowing it to focus on its core technical consulting business.
