Chris Mazzone

I pride myself on responsiveness to clients and creating an open dialogue.

Chris advises alternative investment funds, including business development companies, private equity firms, credit funds, hedge funds and other financial institutions, on the valuation of illiquid debt and equity investments. He also provides counsel on valuation matters for other purposes, including fairness opinions, intra-fund transfers, corporate planning, estate planning and stock-based compensation.

Chris applies his deep understanding of recent regulatory guidance and of the complex capital markets to provide thorough and accurate valuations.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Chris was an associate in the valuation services group at Grant Thornton.

Chris earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University. He has passed all four certified public account examinations.
