Boris Martin

I enjoy the challenge of meeting the objectives for all stakeholders by carefully listening to their goals, delivering creative tailored solutions and strengthening relationships beyond the deal through regular communication.

Boris advises entrepreneurs, privately held companies and investors on both buy-side and sell-side transactions and fundraising operations within the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecom Group.

Boris has executed numerous domestic and cross-border assignments on small- and medium-sized enterprises across various sectors. He has extensively worked with family-owned business clients.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Boris was a Vice President at Edmond de Rothschild, where he provided mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services across a wide variety of sectors, including information technology services, marketing services, e-commerce and healthcare. Previously, he was an M&A Associate at Credit Agricole and a Senior Consultant in the deal advisory team of KPMG.

Boris holds a master’s degree in corporate and market finance from the Neoma Business School. He also studied at the University of Tsinghua in Beijing.
