Established in 2002, Pictime Groupe is a French digital transformation and managed hosting services provider. The group offers a comprehensive range of services to enterprise-scale and middle market clients: cloud management, managed cybersecurity solutions, application development and integration, plus digital experience management. Headquartered in Lille, France, with an office in Paris, Pictime Groupe has built strong relationships with clients from the healthcare and commerce sectors.
The Deal
After more than 20 years as a privately-owned business, Pictime Groupe’s shareholders sought a partner to support the company’s growth and first-class employee base. Pictime Groupe’s shareholders were looking for a corporate partner sharing the same values and culture to support the company’s next growth phase. The company hired Lincoln International due to its deep sector expertise, buyer relationships and exceptional process execution.
The acquisition of Pictime Groupe expands Claranet’s services offering in digital transformation, strengthens its cloud and managed services division and grows its footprint in France that is becoming the first division of the group with more than 1,000 employees.
