Alex Mezey

I help clients achieve their strategic goals through unbiased and tactical advice that adds value to the transaction.

Alex provides valuations and opinions services with a focus on illiquid and complex securities. He executes commodities, derivatives, financial securities, foreign exchange, fixed incomes and structured transactions for business development companies, private equity funds and other alternative asset managers.

Alex has more than five years of experience in investment banking with clients across all industries. He has a deep understanding of securities valuations, including private loans and preferred and common equity, among others.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Alex was an Associate in Houlihan Lokey’s portfolio valuations group where he valued illiquid securities. Before that, Alex was a Financial Analyst at VMG Health in the business valuations group where he focused on the valuations of healthcare providers across sectors.

Alex earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Southern Methodist University.
