Adam provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in the industrial sector. He has executed transactions for leading private equity groups, public companies, and private and family-owned businesses. Adam’s experience also includes buy-side transactions, cross-border advisory and debt advisory. He helps business owners achieve their financial goals by identifying strategic alternatives and advising them through the process.
Adam focuses on working with specialty vehicle and niche-engineered product companies, as well as businesses that serve the energy transition, power and infrastructure end markets. He has gained significant expertise and knowledge of the business dynamics that drive these sectors, enabling him to maximize outcomes for clients.
Joining as an Analyst, Adam has spent his entire career at Lincoln.
Adam earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame.
