Comprehensive Logistics, Inc. (CLI), founded in 1995 with heritage dating to 1903, specializes in high-volume, high-velocity inbound-to-manufacturing logistics for Fortune 500 clients. Headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida, and with engineering roots in Youngstown, Ohio, CLI operates 20+ facilities across 17 states and more than 5 million square feet of warehouse space.

The Deal

CLI was seeking a strategic partner to support its next phase of growth. The objective was to identify a partner that could provide complementary services, clients and geographic reach. DQS Solutions & Staffing (DQS) was ultimately selected for its shared vision for growth and its ability to enhance end-to-end capabilities across a common client base.

The Lincoln International team leveraged its deep expertise in specialized supply chain logistics and strong connectivity to the right strategic buyers to drive a highly successful outcome.
