The Deal
With meaningful business momentum and a clear opportunity to accelerate its next phase of growth, DeSpir sought a partner that could support continued expansion while preserving the service quality, operational focus and customer-centric culture that have defined the company’s success. DeSpir engaged Lincoln as its exclusive financial advisor to provide strategic and financial advice in connection with a potential transaction.
