Johnny is a Senior Advisor to Lincoln’s Valuations and Opinions Group, providing practical perspective regarding best practices, governance and quality control, with more than 25 years of experience in asset management. He also offers input into independent valuations as an active member of the Technical Review Committee.

Prior to becoming a senior advisor to Lincoln, Johnny was Global Head of the Portfolio Monitoring Unit at KKR & Co. He oversaw a team of 30 people responsible for leading the portfolio monitoring and valuation functions across a range of asset classes, industries and geographies. He also was co-chair of KKR’s private credit portfolio management committee, presenting to KKR’s global valuation committee and the board of FS KKR Capital Corp, and a member of KKR’s valuation steering committee. Previously, he was a Director at Avoca Capital on the leveraged finance team, working in various roles including credit investing, portfolio management and restructuring. Prior to this, he was a Vice President of Allied Irish Banks plc, working in leveraged finance in Europe and the U.S.

Johnny earned a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick and is a CFA® Charterholder.
