Takuya provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to Japanese and international clients across sectors. This includes domestic and cross-border M&A, divestitures, carveouts, leveraged buyouts and capital raises.

Takuya has more than a decade of experience delivering unique solutions on complex situations utilizing in-depth analysis paired with industry expertise.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Takuya was a Vice President at Lazard. Previously, he was an Assistant Vice President at Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd.

Takuya earned a Bachelor of Science and Technology from Keio University.
