Acieta is a full-service manufacturing automation solutions provider, with significant systems, controls and integration capabilities. Headquartered in Waukesha, Wisconsin, the company has installed more than 5,500 robots since its inception and built an outstanding reputation in the industrial automation sector. The Deal
Acieta, a Midwest-based industrial robotics manufacturer and integrator, announced its sale from Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.) to RōBEX, a portfolio company of Angeles Equity Partners. Lincoln International served as the exclusive financial advisor to Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.) in the sale of Acieta. This latest development marks RōBEX’s third strategic acquisition since it was acquired by Angeles. With this strategic acquisition, RōBEX further expands its equipment tending, welding and palletizing capabilities across a broad set of markets including agriculture, foundry and die, welding and fabrication and building products, among others.
