Priya has broad transaction experience working with companies seeking strategic advisory in the technology and healthcare industries.

Prior to joining Lincoln, she was Director of Operations and Marketing at Bimini Technologies. Previously, she held engineering and marketing roles at Cytori Therapeutics.

Priya earned a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego.
