K1 Investment Management has sold TeamDynamix to Level Equity
Founded in 2001, TeamDynamix is a Software as a Service enterprise automation platform comprised of information technology service management, project portfolio management and integration Platform as a Service capabilities. The company’s solution set offers its customers a unique value proposition, enterprise grade automation at a middle market total cost of ownership. TeamDynamix successfully evolved from its origins as a higher education, small and mid-size business-focused platform into an enterprise solution that serves a diverse customer base.
K1 Investment Management will roll a material portion of its proceeds into the newly capitalized business and remain a significant equity holder alongside Level Equity. Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to K1 and TeamDynamix, working closely with the management team and shareholders. Terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
