Mohit provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and growth equity advisory services to clients in the industrials and chemicals sectors. He has extensive experience in M&A, private equity and capital markets across a wide range of sectors and products.
Mohit has a deep understanding of the industrials and chemicals industries, which enables him to provide innovative and thoughtful solutions.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Mohit was a Vice President at Edelweiss Investment Banking in its industrials team covering the chemicals, electricals, cement, building products and logistics sectors. Previously, he was an equity analyst at HSBC where he covered chemical companies across the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Mohit earned both a Master of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
