Migwel Perrin provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms and private founders on smid- to large-cap transactions across a wide range of industries. He specializes in leveraged buyouts and corporate transactions in France.
With nearly a decade of advisory experience, Migwel has a strong track record of leading complex M&A transactions and working closely with shareholders, management teams and investors. He primarily focuses on the technology sector and IT services, combining strategic advice, transaction expertise and execution excellence to drive value creation in high-stakes situations.
Migwel holds a Master in Management from Audencia’s Grande École Program.
