Mike has nearly two decades of extensive expertise in advising technology companies, from start-ups to larger private and public companies as well as private equity, on corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). This work is focused on M&A, including buy-side, sell-side, divestitures, public company advisory, as well as other strategic advisory mandates.

Mike has significant experience across the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector, including hardware technology, networking, semiconductors, optical networking, internet and software. He has developed deep industry expertise and has advised on and completed transactions with some of the largest TMT companies in the world, supporting his clients to realize their goals in a rapidly evolving sector.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Mike was a Managing Director in the TMT group at Oppenheimer & Co. Previously, he was a senior member of the TMT group at Houlihan Lokey and, prior to that, at Piper Jaffray.

Mike graduated from Stanford University with two bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree.
