Max provides capital advisory services to private equity firms, entrepreneurs and public and private corporations in connection with a variety of transactions including acquisitions, growth financings and recapitalizations.

Drawing upon his deep experience and network of lenders, Max provides clients with bespoke strategies that best position their businesses and generate favorable outcomes for all stakeholders.

Max has spent his entire career at Lincoln, joining as an Analyst in 2018.

Max earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio State University.
