As an advisor, Katharina focuses on understanding her clients’ strategic objectives to deliver tailored transaction outcomes with lasting impact in the dynamic environment of technology. She values trusted relationships, open communication and a collaborative approach throughout every stage of a transaction.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Katharina was a Vice President at GP Bullhound, where she advised on technology M&A transactions.
Katharina earned a Master of Science in finance with a minor in economics from the University of Münster.
