Jacob is a Director in Lincoln International’s transaction opinions & board advisory team and is based in the firm’s New York office. He advises boards of directors, special committees, general partners and other fiduciaries on complex and high-stakes transactions, providing independent fairness opinions, solvency opinions and other transaction-related opinions.
Jacob helps clients evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, divestitures, recapitalizations, restructurings, GP-led secondaries and other related-party transactions with clarity and confidence. Drawing on deep expertise in public company board processes and private equity dynamics, he brings an objective perspective that supports decision-making, withstands scrutiny and facilitates stakeholder alignment.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Jacob was a member of the transaction opinions practice at Houlihan Lokey.
Jacob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College.
