As a Senior Advisor to Lincoln’s Valuations and Opinions Group, Dan assists and advises the team on a number of topics including strategic planning, valuation methodologies, policies and procedures.
Dan has over 35 years of experience valuing both closely-held business interests and intangible assets for a variety of transactional, tax and financial reporting purposes. He has provided valuation services to clients across a wide range of industries, as well as related strategic financial planning and other financial advisory services in connection with mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcy, reorganization, litigation and other settings.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Dan was a Principal at Deloitte where he held several senior leadership roles in the firm’s U.S. business valuation practice. He also serves as a board member of the Business Valuation Association.
Dan holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago, Booth Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Western Illinois University.
