Chris is a Managing Director in Lincoln’s transaction opinions and board advisory practice, where he provides valuation and transaction advice to private equity sponsors, portfolio company boards, public company boards and special committees.

With over 20 years of experience, Chris has deep experience providing fairness opinions, solvency opinions, valuations and debt advisory services to clients considering a variety of strategic transactions. He has advised sponsors and boards on related party transactions, going-private transactions, de-SPAC transactions, spin-offs, carve-outs, mergers, dividend recapitalizations, share repurchases, down-round financings, rights offerings and employee stock ownership plan transactions.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Chris was a Managing Director in Stout’s transaction opinions practice. Earlier, he was a Managing Director in the corporate finance and transaction opinions practice at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps).

Chris earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and strategy from the Kellogg School of Management. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.  Chris holds the Series 63 and Series 79 certifications.
