Madison Capital Partners’ has acquired Clear Edge Filtration

Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, today announced that Clear Edge Filtration (“Clear Edge”) has been acquired by Filtration Group Corporation (“Filtration Group”), a portfolio company of Madison Capital Partners. Clear Edge, a manufacturer of an extensive range of industrial process filtration products, was a division of Gamma Holding, an industrial holding company based in the Netherlands.

Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Clear Edge manufactures industrial process filtration products for mining, chemical processing, wastewater treatment, bulk food and beverage markets.

Lincoln International initiated the transaction with Madison Capital Partners and Filtration Group. Larry Gies, President of Madison Capital Partners, commented, “We are pleased Lincoln brought this opportunity to our attention. Clear Edge represents an outstanding addition to the Filtration Group.”
