As General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Troy identifies, mitigates and resolves corporate and client-related risks and provides overall counsel on global matters. He oversees compliance and manages the firm’s U.S. regulatory requirements.
Previously, Troy held the role of Senior Counsel at Lincoln. Prior to joining Lincoln, Troy was an attorney in the Chicago offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
Troy earned a juris doctor degree magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science with distinction in English and history from the University of Wisconsin.
