Sibert Meulenbelt

Sibert provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity, corporate and private clients across the industrial sector. He has significant experience in advising cross-border transactions and specializes in the electronics and advanced manufacturing segments, with a particular focus on the semiconductor value chain. He is closely involved in both the origination and execution of transactions within this highly active M&A market, known for its significant private equity activity and a high degree of cross-border transactions. Sibert has corporate finance experience in a broad range of geographies and has provided specialized advice to corporate clients and financial sponsors on M&A, divestitures, capital raisings, debt financings and restructurings.

Sibert adds value for his clients by combining industry knowledge and global buyer access. With a communicative and collaborative approach, Sibert works closely with entrepreneurs, management teams, private equity investors and international corporates within the industrials, chemicals and consumer industries.

Prior to joining Lincoln as an Associate, Sibert worked in the corporate finance teams of Bank Oyens & Van Eeghen and Stamford Partners. He started his career with Stamford Partners, where he worked on transactions for both corporate and private equity clients throughout Europe.

Sibert earned a Master of Science in financial econometrics and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Amsterdam.
