Castik Capital has agreed to acquire Andra Tech Group from Equistone

Andra Tech Group is a leading manufacturer of high-precision, complex mechanical parts and sub-modules. The group consists of nine operating companies in the Netherlands and Germany with a total of 11 modern and well-invested production sites. Andra Tech Group serves global customers in various industries, including semiconductor, packaging, food, mobility, medical and aerospace. Andra Tech Group produces parts for prototypes, small to medium-sized batches and large series.

The Deal

Castik Capital agreed to acquire a majority stake in Andra Tech Group, with the objective of supporting the group’s ambitious international growth strategy. Equistone Partners and the management team will remain minority shareholders in the business. With the support of its new shareholders, Andra Tech Group is perfectly equipped to execute its growth plan, built around geographical expansion and adding new pillars in adjacent high-tech end markets, both organically and through strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Lincoln International acted as the exclusive M&A and debt advisor to Castik and was instrumental in supporting Castik to win the deal by bringing tactical M&A advice, deep sector knowledge of the semiconductor ecosystem and arranging fully committed debt financing at attractive terms in an accelerated, highly competitive process.
