These solutions are critical for optimizing space, boosting labor productivity, reducing equipment cost and improving employee safety. The Deal
Under its leadership, Mallard enhanced its product offering with engineered accessories, opened an innovation center to support its product development efforts, pioneered an interactive product testing lab and cemented itself as a thought leader in the gravity flow industry. To support its continued growth and innovation, Mallard sought a strategic partner for the next phase of its development. Mallard turned to Lincoln International to execute a competitive and successful process given Lincoln’s expertise in the material handling and automation industries and strong relationships with top strategic and financial acquirers in the space. Mallard will operate as a distinct platform within the MacLean-Fogg organization.
