Who We Are / Our People / Shweta Malani

Shweta provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory to clients in the industrials and manufacturing sectors. She has nearly eight years of transaction advisory experience in sell-side and buy-side M&A, divestitures and private equity fundraising.

Shweta supports family-owned businesses, helping them to find strategic partners for continued growth and providing an exit for shareholders.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Shweta served as a vice president at Avendus Capital.

Shweta earned a Master in Business Administration from Xavier Institute of Management and Bachelor of Commerce (with honors) from Osmania University.
