Who We Are / Our People / Max Golembo

Max establishes and strengthens the firm’s relationships with financial sponsors. He supports their business objectives by providing them access to new investment opportunities or assisting with selling or refinancing their existing portfolio companies.

Max also has significant experience providing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms, public and privately held companies across industrial, professional and commercial services and logistics and transportation sectors.

Max joined Lincoln in 2016. In 2019, he served as Senior Associate at Portage Point Partners, and rejoined Lincoln in 2020 as an Associate.

Max has a Bachelor of Science in business administration, finance and entrepreneurship from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
