The Deal
After a period of rapid growth, the company’s founder sought a partner to help build out the infrastructure and team to facilitate the next phase of growth. H.I.G. Capital was selected as iDC’s new partner given their proven success collaborating with logistics companies at a similar point in their lifecycle.
