Byron provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms and large corporations on both buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates. He has over three decades of experience supporting PE investors across a wide array of industries.

As a member of Lincoln’s Business Services Group, Byron specializes in professional services, administration services, asset services, human capital and education transactions. He works closely with senior stakeholders to craft tailored M&A strategies, leveraging his deep sector expertise and leadership experience.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Byron led Deloitte’s business services M&A practice in the UK, where he advised on high-profile transactions across numerous industries. His career includes leadership roles in corporate finance consulting and deal origination, giving him a unique perspective on the evolving needs of clients.

Byron earned a Bachelor of Arts from University of Birmingham and is an Associate Chartered Accountant.
