Lincoln International Adds Byron Griffin as Senior Director to Focus on Business Services in Europe

Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Byron Griffin as Senior Director in its Business Services Group. Based in London, Byron will focus on advising private equity (PE) firms, privately owned businesses and corporations on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across Europe.

With over three decades of experience, Byron brings deep expertise to buy-side and sell-side assignments, specializing in professional, financial and tech-enabled services. His addition bolsters Lincoln’s ability to deliver tailored advisory solutions to private companies, sponsors and PE firms across the private capital markets.

Lincoln’s London office has grown significantly, adding over 50 professionals since the beginning of 2024 to support increasing demand for advisory services across Europe. Byron joins at a pivotal time for the firm; investors are seeking innovative solutions amidst evolving market dynamics.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Byron was a senior Partner at Deloitte and led the business services M&A practice in the UK.
