Lewis provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services, counseling financial sponsors, entrepreneurs, large corporates and management teams on a range of cross-border and domestic transactions with both strategic and financial counterparties.

Within Lincoln’s Business Services Group, Lewis is dedicated to advising organizations with people at their core across the human capital management, professional services and consultancy subsectors.

Drawing on over a decade of experience, Lewis leverages his knowledge of what creates value in his client’s business models, articulates it clearly and accesses the right counterparties through his extensive network of industry contacts and Lincoln’s international platform. He creates outcomes that best serve his client’s objectives and navigates complex stakeholder dynamics to deliver them.

Lewis joined Lincoln from Rothschild & Co where he spent ten years advising clients on mid-market transactions in the business services sector. Prior to Rothschild & Co, Lewis trained as a Chartered Accountant at PwC.

Lewis earned a first class Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Nottingham and is also a CFA Charterholder.
