Mathieu Nguyen

Mathieu provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services involving private equity-backed companies, privately held businesses and corporate carve-outs.

Mathieu has experience advising clients across a wide variety of industries, including industrials and business services.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Mathieu spent almost five years at EY successively within the audit and transaction advisory services divisions, where he gained valuable experience in both sell-side and buy-side financial due diligences for mid- and large-sized companies.

Mathieu holds a master’s degree in corporate finance and financial engineering (Master 225) from University of Paris IX Dauphine.
