Who We Are / Our People / Jim O’Malley

Jim specializes in providing sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions advisory (M&A) services to a diverse clientele, including private equity firms, business owners and both public and private companies within the business services industry.

Through his previous experience at Deloitte and in Lincoln’s Valuation & Opinions Group, Jim possesses deep technical expertise in accounting and finance. With this background, he leverages these skills to provide clients with a distinct perspective rooted in data and analytics.

Jim earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
