The Deal
Avance Investment Management (Avance) engaged Lincoln International in connection with its strategic investment in Lexxel. Lincoln served as financial advisor to Avance, supporting the firm throughout the transaction and drawing on its experience in industrial and infrastructure services to evaluate Lexxel’s differentiated technical capabilities, longstanding customer relationships, favorable demand drivers and organic and acquisition-led growth opportunities. Avance is well-positioned to support Lexxel in its next chapter as the company strengthens its presence in the Northeast, expands into new geographies and pursues acquisitions that add complementary capabilities and specialized talent.
