Greg advises on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions for clients in the industrials industry. He has extensive experience advising leading private equity firms, public and private companies and family-owned businesses in sell-side and buy-side M&A.
Working closely with management teams, Greg identifies and develops key positioning attributes that align with his clients’ growth objectives and minimize potential risks for the company.
He combines deep industrials expertise with a creative and collaborative approach to help his clients achieve outlier outcomes.
Prior to joining Lincoln in 2018, Greg worked at Coyote Logistics where he focused on analytics and software development.
Greg earned a Master of Business Administration from University of Michigan and a Master of Science from University of Saint Andrews. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Missouri.
