Frank provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services in Lincoln’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group for leading private equity firms, public companies and privately owned businesses.
Frank has led the execution of transactions across a wide variety of sectors and has expertise in electronics, hardware technology and software. He takes a consultative, hands-on approach, enabling him to generate exceptional outcomes for his clients.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Frank served as an Officer and Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) in the United States Marine Corps.
Frank earned a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee. He speaks English, Afrikaans and Spanish.
