I’m most energized by partnering with investors on complex transactions and structuring capital solutions that help bring differentiated strategies to market.

Eric Pittel is a Vice President in Lincoln’s Private Funds Advisory Group. He partners with private investment firms to create, structure and raise single-asset investment vehicles, continuation funds, primary funds and co-invest vehicles for established sponsors.

Eric works closely with LPs and secondary investors, fostering long-term collaborative relationships by understanding their unique goals and priorities. He also has experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, having previously worked in Lincoln’s Technology M&A practice.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Eric was an Associate Director of Real Estate Acquisitions at Common Living. Before that, Eric worked in real estate operations at Waterton, a real estate investor and property manager.

Eric earned a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Operations Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
