Integrated Data Services (IDS) is an industry-leading provider of a mission-critical software platform and related support and development services to the federal government. The company’s flagship software offering serves as the cornerstone of program portfolio and financial management operations in the Department of Defense (DoD), providing a significant value proposition through the automation of day-to-day business processes and utilization of data analytics to facilitate oversight of and transparency into contract requirements and execution. IDS is a longstanding, trusted partner to the largest organizations within the DoD.
The Deal
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to IDS, working closely with the company’s shareholders and management team throughout the transaction. Lincoln provided significant transaction advice and government technology (GovTech) expertise while closely managing all aspects of the process, including the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
