Dipak Nandal is a Director in Lincoln’s Valuations & Opinions Group advising alternative asset managers on valuing portfolio investments across debt and equity instruments for both financial reporting and tax purposes. He focuses on revolvers, term loans, subordinate and mezzanine debt, convertible debt and preferred and common equity.

Dipak has extensive experience in executing valuations for a variety of financial institutions, particularly for private equity and venture capital clients. His work relies on his attention to detail and deep sector knowledge, and he is committed to providing clients with accurate valuations for optimal decision making, returns and risk mitigation.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Dipak was a Manager at Ernst & Young, advising the FSO valuations group within the strategy and transaction practice. Previously, he worked as Deputy Vice President at OakNorth Analytical Intelligence in the credit group. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Analyst at CRISIL, Analec Infotec and Sanlam Equity.

Dipak earned a master’s degree in advanced finance from IE Business School, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Institute of Management Studies Ghaziabad. He additionally earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
