Charlie provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and growth equity advisory services to clients in the technology, media and telecom (TMT) industry, with a focus on vertical software, deep tech and data analytics. He advises companies and private equity firms on buy-side and sell-side international transactions as well as divestitures, financings and private placements.

With more than a decade of extensive experience as a financial advisor and tech entrepreneur, Charlie’s in-depth understanding of market dynamics and innovations shaping industry trends enables him to provide tailor-made guidance to founders and tech investors alike.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Charlie was a Director at Bryan, Garnier & Co where he developed the software and deep tech practice for the M&A and ECM teams. Previously, he was Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Qwant and worked as a TMT M&A advisor for Société Générale, Arma Partners and Lehman Brothers.

Charlie holds a Master of Science from ISAE Supaero and a post-graduate business degree (DESIA) in finance.
