The CareVoice
Founded in Asia, The CareVoice is a fast-growing, global provider of customer health engagement solutions, offering a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) for health and life insurers. Through its embedded health solutions, the company enables insurers to engage with their customers through configurable user journeys that leverage an open digital health ecosystem, delivered in any front-end solutions. Among its primary benefits, insurers can improve customer acquisition, retention and risk profiling as well as reduce claims. The company has expanded from Asia and now serves major insurer clients globally, particularly in the Middle East and Africa, Latin America and Europe, spanning 15 different countries.
The Deal
After achieving significant milestones and demonstrating strong unit economics as well as maintaining cash-flow neutrality since mid-2022, CareVoice was looking for a new investment round to reach critical size and product maturity. Shareholders decided to engage Lincoln International because of its deep industry expertise, international relationships and exceptional process execution. The objective was to find a strategic partner to fund the development of CareVoice’s unique technology and its commercial expansion, ultimately validating Apis Partners, a U.K.-based venture investment fund and existing investor, as the right match.
