Charles provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients across various industries, including consumer, healthcare and industrials. He has extensive experience working alongside public companies as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies on sell-side, buy-side, cross-border and private placement transactions.

Throughout his career, Charles has formed key connections throughout China, enabling him to provide clients with strategic insights that help them meet their objectives.

Charles has spent his entire career at Lincoln, having joined as an Analyst in 2018.

Charles earned a Master of Finance and a Bachelor of Finance and Economics from Tsinghua University.
